I wrote this song in 1981, after having a dream about The Free Republic of Vermont, and a version of it appeared on one of my albums in the eighties. This version was recorded in 2014, with the great Johnny Yuma on drums. I'm singing and playing rhythm guitar, keyboard bass, and pedal steel lead. These are studio tracks but it sounds wonderfully live to me!
